Well, hello there!
My name is Linda Carlson. I am a tattooist, a painter, and a sculptor.
Names are descriptors. When I attend conventions as my Dwarven role-playing character, I am Brasse. When I create art, it is under my birth name Lillefors.
You may call me whatever you like. :)
I've lived and learned for more than 6 decades and have survived (and often thrived) through multiple challenging and high-ranking careers across many industries, with the last 20 years in the computer games industry. It's been a fulfilling and wild ride.
I still do CX leadership work on the side, helping smaller game studios set up and run their CS and Community infrastructure for success and player satisfaction - it's in my blood as much as art is.
I am the prodigal daughter of creativity, returned from the increasingly corporate world of online computer gaming to the last refuge of those who have lost faith in the terms 'career' and 'progress'... ART, and the hope that it will sustain my mind and body in years to come.
I'd like to share this part of my soul with you.
Welcome to my world.
Yes, it is a weird place.
